What do I need to do?
Nothing, the backup agents will automatically update to the latest versions when they’re available.
Plan for change
When you come to setup a new backup account or restore data, contact our technical support team as you usually would. During this process (and if you have it documented as part of your disaster recovery plan) the server your backup account will connect to will be different.
You may remember you may have previously been prompted to complete an entry called DNS Name – this will be changed from:
a5.clunkclick.net
to the new server infrastructure
sp.pro.redstor.com
If you have any questions about this or need any help in the future please do not hesitate to call our support line on 01492 862 780 option 2 and our technical team will be able to assist.
