Company Information regarding COVID-19
As the COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak has evolved, the health and safety of our employees and community remains our top priority. We know that our customers depend on our 24/7 support, and we take this responsibility seriously. So, to support our employees and community—and do our part to help delay the spread of COVID-19—we’re taking the following steps:
Having tested our continuity strategy, which involves all staff working from home, we have the necessary systems in place for fully remote working and, as a managed services business, we are ideally placed to ensure services are delivered seamlessly and business carries on as usual.
Having stress-tested this strategy, we have taken the decision to close our office and move to home-based working. All usual methods of communication with us remain the same.
We’ve also decided to pause all non-essential travel. We’ll revisit this position in the coming weeks as we learn more.
Should anyone unfortunately become unwell, they will be able to take time off to rest and recover and resume some duties from home as and when they are able.
We are confident that these precautions will minimise any disruptions to your experience with Risc IT Solutions. We’ll continue to monitor COVID-19 around the world and global health organisations’ recommendations to help keep our community and employees safe as news develops.
