We’re proud to announce that we've achieved a Microsoft Gold Competency for Cloud Productivity.

An outstanding effort from our employees Jon Costello and Alan Greenwood helped us achieve this competency. It also showcases the level of expertise within our technical team as achieving Gold is a result of Jon and Alan passing Microsoft's rigorous examination process which requires expert knowledge of Microsoft products and services.

Managing Director Jeremy Keane said, “To have Alan and Jon achieve their gold standard after studying hard and passing extremely tough exams makes me very proud.”

“It was a tough process, so we are delighted to have met the required benchmark.” said Jon.

He added: “From a personal and professional perspective achieving gold is a big thing for us and something that will benefit the business in continuing to provide a top-quality service for our customers and partners.”

We add this Gold Competency to our ever-expanding list of certifications and accreditations. Over the winter, we gained IASME (Information Assurance for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) and Cyber Essentials PLUS, coupled with reaccreditation of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001, internationally recognised standards.

2019 has already been an incredible year for us. Alongside the Gold competency, we’ve also received a prestigious endorsement from Microsoft, a standard not held by any other firm in North Wales.

Jeremy commented; “To be endorsed by Microsoft is terrific for us. When the customer sees that alongside the benchmarks we have reached they know what we are capable of and how we stand out from the rest.”

Our next aim is to turn silver competencies in the Cloud Platform and Enterprise Mobility Management categories into gold.

Business development director Mark Lawton said: “The Microsoft exams get tougher and tougher so it’s more difficult than ever to achieve them, but that’s the global standard they’ve set and the excellence we aspire to.

“They’ve really raised the bar but so have we and will continue to as we move forward.”

Jeremy added: “Achieving the gold standard kick-started this journey and now we want to see gold competencies across the board.

“Everyone is working so hard and as a company we are reaping the rewards.”

Looking to the future, we’ve recently unveiled plans for a London Office and will take on more staff in the coming weeks.

“New clients in the south of England led to the decision to open an office in London,” said Jeremy.

“We are a flexible company which operates around-the-clock so it was the logical next step and will support our continued growth.”

He added: “Targeting direct business has been very successful and means we will be employing two people to meet demand for extra resources, and more in the future.

“It’s been a very busy and positive period and we want to build on that momentum.”
