Employed on a permanent, full time contract working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm, you’ll either be based within the company offices in Llandudno, North Wales or working remotely depending on your circumstances and preference.

IT Consultant – Pre-Sales & IT Service Implementation Projects
Working within the Technical Department as a Pre-Sales and IT Service Implementation Project Consultant, you’d be working closely with the sales and technical teams to identify, plan and implement complex professional services projects to meet customer requirements.
Team Lead IT Support (MSP)
Working within the Technical Department as the Team Lead Senior IT Support (MSP), you’d be heading up an exciting new MSP team within Risc IT, providing best practice managed services to our Total Support customers.
IT Support Technician
Working within the Technical Support team as an IT Support Technician on the helpdesk, you would provide support for our resellers and customers across our range of IT solutions including: Online data backup, hosted Exchange, Microsoft Office 365 and specialised software services.
Senior IT Support Technician
Working within the Technical Department as a Senior IT Support Technician, you’d be working within the Technical Support team to provide best practice managed services to our Total Support customers. You’d be working remotely and on-site with customers and Risc staff to ensure services are highly available, secured and documented to allow ongoing support.
